Synergy Holistic Wellness is a quality first practice. When I left conventional medicine, I decided that quality would rule my care. To uphold this mantra, my practice is built in a program and membership model versus fee for service.
With holistic programs, starting at $2499, we can create a highly effective care plan, focused on powerful transformation and results over the course of 4-6 months. This work takes time. Following your program, you will have the option to continue your care with Synergy in a yearly membership care fee, which can be divided out over monthly installments.
How to become a Synergy Patient.
Fill out our foundational assessment screening form below, this provides us with your demographics which are needed to schedule and a bit about you.

When you are READY, email info@synergywellnessme.com to book your clarity call. During this call, we will review your intakes and order your foundational lab panel.
Complete your foundational labs: A functional panel including evaluation of hormones, thyroid, micronutrients, inflammation, and blood sugar and cholesterol balance.
Get clear: At your Foundational Assessment, we will outline your findings and discuss your anticipated path to wellness.
Join a transformative program: We will discuss which 4-8 month program feels right for you based on your symptoms and findings.
Consistent Support: At program completion, you will be invited to continue in a yearly Synergy Membership in which you will continue to engage with your practitioners, learn about your body, and be in the careful oversight of your team. Generally, follow-ups are arranged quarterly.
The Foundational Assessment
This is where it begins. This is our initial visit where we make sure that we are a good fit for one another, and you are ready to move forward.
Also referred to as the “Treatment Plan Visit”
The Foundational Assessment visit is $499 (with labs processed with insurance) or $699 with a full functional lab panel included with a cash based lab company and drawn in office.

Holistic Hormone Program:
The holistic hormone program was built with hormones as it's focus.
This ~4 month program, beginning from your treatment plan visit, is a wellness reset, a hormone kick-start, and is perfect for the menopausal or perimenopausal woman with classic symptoms of hormone imbalance (mood changes, menstrual changes, insomnia, weight gain, low libido, vaginal dryness, hot flashes, night sweats).
This program is right for you if you were relatively well until you were slammed with mid-life changes. In general, there are no major gut issues, autoimmunity, or cardiometabolic concerns. At its heart, this program is aimed at keeping you well by using a holistic approach to balance your hormones, investigate your stress, and improve your longevity.
We will examine functional blood work & a diurnal cortisol pattern.
Optimal Synergy:
Functional Medicine & Hormones
This 6 month program focused on the GUT - HORMONE connection. This can be a great choice for someone with autoimmunity, chronic GUT concerns, thyroid issues, infertility, endometriosis, severe PMDD, severe acne, and metabolic issues - like pre- diabetes, high cholesterol, and fatty liver. This person may be on multiple medications and require more intensive testing and support to truly impact health and wellness, and feel their best. Included in this program is specialty lab testing to truly get to the root cause of your health concerns and achieve wellness - inside and out. This program includes more engagement and added nutrition support as well.
This program may also be great for those who are generally well and want to OPTIMIZE their health. The gut is the key to health an longevity and having a well balanced microbiome is protective against many health concerns. This program can include a range of functional testing like organic acid or metabolomics, urine metabolism testing (DUTCH), stool testing (GI MAP), or food sensitivities.
Synergy: Longevity
Our longest and deepest dive program.
This 8 month program is for you if you want a cutting edge longevity based approach with the focus on your health and lifespan. The ultimate dive in your health--- from the inside out. This program includes (2) advanced lab testing analysis, options include Advanced Microbiome Study, Genomic profiles, DUTCH testing, Organic Acids, or Advanced Food Sensitivity, or advanced lab analysis such as advanced cholesterol screening.
This is a longer program which may meet your needs if you have very complex conditions OR if you LOVE biohacking and want to understand your body on a deep level.

At Synergy Holistic Wellness, we are committed to delivering high-quality, integrative care that puts you at the center of your health journey. To provide the time and personalized attention each patient deserves, we operate as a private-pay practice outside of the limitations of traditional insurance billing.
This financial policy outlines our payment structure and expectations to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
Financial Policies Summary:
We do not accept insurance.
Synergy Holistic Wellness is an out-of-network, direct-pay practice. This allows us to provide personalized, root-cause care without insurance restrictions.Payment is required at the time of service.
For programs and visits, payment is due in full unless a payment plan has been arranged.We accept the following forms of payment:
Major credit and debit cards
HSA/FSA cards (Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts)
CareCredit (for qualifying services and programs)
Superbills are available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to determine eligibility.
Payment is required at the time of service. For programs, monthly payment plans are available.
Programs start at $2499
Following Programs, you will be invited to continue care in an inclusive monthly membership model ranging from $169-259/monthly.
You are responsible for keeping an up to date card on file at all times.
Functional / Specialty / Anti-aging Lab testing:
As a holistic practitioner, I am trained in many advanced lab studies. These are recommended and utilized as part of your personal body needs.
Functional Testing may be included in your initial program. Outside of that, this is offered ala carte and is not often reimbursed by insurance
Most blood work labs can be collected via Quest (insurance) or our direct-pay lab option ($200 cash-based panel). Insurance-based panels may or may not be covered - make sure you check your lab benefits!
Supplements
All treatment protocols vary. As part of your program and membership, you will be provided a discount to order supplements via FULLSCRIPT.
Supplements will likely be part of your plan. Expect that this cost will be in addition to your program.
Medicare and Mainecare
According to Medicare and Mainecare policies, you may not seek reimbursement for my services.
No shows/Late cancels:
We spend a lot of time preparing for your visit and request ample notice for cancelation.
There is a $100 late cancellation or no show fee applied to your credit card on file at booking for cancellations < 48 hours in advance.
