At Synergy Holistic Wellness, we are committed to delivering high-quality, integrative care that puts you at the center of your health journey. To provide the time and personalized attention each patient deserves, we operate as a private-pay practice outside of the limitations of traditional insurance billing.

This financial policy outlines our payment structure and expectations to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

Financial Policies Summary:

• We do not accept insurance.
  Synergy Holistic Wellness is an out-of-network, direct-pay practice. This allows us to provide personalized, root-cause care without insurance restrictions.

• Payment is required at the time of service.
  For programs and visits, payment is due in full unless a payment plan has been arranged.

• We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Major credit and debit cards

  • HSA/FSA cards (Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts)

  • CareCredit (for qualifying services and programs)

• Superbills are available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to determine eligibility.

• Payment is required at the time of service. For programs, monthly payment plans are available.

• Programs start at $2499

• Following Programs, you will be invited to continue care in an inclusive monthly membership model ranging from $169-259/monthly.

• You are responsible for keeping an up to date card on file at all times.

Functional / Specialty / Anti-aging Lab testing:

• As a holistic practitioner, I am trained in many advanced lab studies. These are recommended and utilized as part of your personal body needs.

• Functional Testing may be included in your initial program. Outside of that, this is offered ala carte and is not often reimbursed by insurance

• Most blood work labs can be collected via Quest (insurance) or our direct-pay lab option ($200 cash-based panel). Insurance-based panels may or may not be covered - make sure you check your lab benefits!

Supplements

• All treatment protocols vary. As part of your program and membership, you will be provided a discount to order supplements via FULLSCRIPT.

• Supplements will likely be part of your plan. Expect that this cost will be in addition to your program.

Medicare and Mainecare

• According to Medicare and Mainecare policies, you may not seek reimbursement for my services.

No shows/Late cancels:

• We spend a lot of time preparing for your visit and request ample notice for cancelation.

• There is a $100 late cancellation or no show fee applied to your credit card on file at booking for cancellations < 48 hours in advance.
