Treatment Plan Visit.
At this visit, we will go over your results and embark on your personalized journey to feeling like your best self. Treatment varies, but may include a mix of bio-identical hormones (if applicable), pharmaceutical grade supplements, life style support / medicine, nutrition support, and your own personal cheerleader as you flatten those roadblocks to wellness!
Follow-Ups & Fine Tuning
Expect several visits in your first 6 months while we are fine tuning and personalizing your care and working to understand your body. While for some, the road to wellness may be short, for others, the road is lifelong.

Welcome. I am so glad you are here. My name is Deziree’ Worster.
I began my healthcare career in 2006. Over more than a decade, as a board certified nurse practitioner, I have specialized in women’s health, urgent care, and primary care. I understand the complexities of health care, first hand.
I have spent the last several years passionately studying hormonal imbalance through a holistic lens. What I have learned has changed my life and the way I practice forever. Integrative medicine (a mix of traditional medicine as we know it and complementary therapies like nutrition, targeted supplement support, and mind - body wellness) has captured my heart. There is no going back for me. This way is better. This led me to the dream of Synergy Holistic Wellness, a place where patients can feel safe and heard regarding their most sensitive concerns. This dream evolved from the challenges in modern day medicine that providers face, and a desire to put more control in the hands of the patient and their healthcare team and not the insurance and pharmaceutical companies.
